DELIVERY, CANCELLATION & RETURNS

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY

Delivery charges are calculated by weight of products ordered. We may disptach orders in multiple parcels but we will inform you of this at time of dispatch.  We currently have delivery options for UK Mainland and Highlands & Islands.  Delivery will be by Royal Mail or UPS depending on size & weight of the order.  All tracking information is sent when order has been disatched. We aim to always have orders delivered on time but occasionally this may not be possible depending on volume of orders - This is mostly during sales, special offers or holiday periods. 

Estimated delivery times are shown when ordering - Please make sure you are happy with this before completing your order. 

SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION

We accept cancellations up to the dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Should you need to cancel the order when we have already dispatched you will be responsible for the return of the product(s). You must return them within 3 days of receiving, they must be in the original packaging and unused condition.  The return is at your own cost so please make sure correct postage and insurance cover is in place, the product(s) are packaged correctly in adequate protection and packing. Once we receive the returned product(s) we will process the refund less any value should there be damage or anything missing. 

SECTION 3 - RETURNS

We do accept returns - you must contact us with in 2 days of receiving the product(s) to inform us of the reason of return.  If we agree to the return of the product(s) please make sure they are packaged correctly in adequate protection and packing.  The return is at your own cost so please make sure correct postage and insurance cover is in place. Once we receive the returned product(s) we will process the refund less any value should there be damage or anything missing.
